What does the workshop price include?

A few hours of creative fun and relaxation!
Unlimited amount of coffee, tea and cookies :)
All materials (German clay, underglaze paints, glazes, engobes)
All necessary tools (rollers, sponges, brushes, ceramic carving tools)
Full support of the Instructor during the workshops
Bisque firing in an oven at a temperature of 1050°C
Coating your work with a food-safe glaze
Second firing at 1200°C
And, of course, your own unique product that you will enjoy every day!

If a participant wants to make an additional item than specified in the Workshop Topic, he or she may do so. The cost of additional materials and firing is PLN 40 for one additional item.

Pick up of finished works

After the workshop, the works will remain in the studio and will be ready for collection in about three weeks. We will inform you about this in writing (e-mail / text message / WhatsApp).
The Organizer undertakes to store the Participants' finished works for up to 60 days from the date of notification. After this deadline, we reserve the right to dispose of the participants' works.
It is possible to send works by InPost for an additional fee.

Resignation from participation

If it is necessary to cancel the workshop, the Participant should contact the Organizer via e-mail echoes.ceramics@gmail.com and inform about the cancellation of the order.

In the event of resignation from participation reported:

· Up to 48 hours before the workshop start date, the booking costs will be refunded 100%.

· up to 24 hours before the start date of the first day of the workshop, the Seller reserves the right to refund 50% of the paid participation costs.

· less than 24 hours before the workshop start time, participation costs will not be refunded due to the inability to recruit an additional person.

Photographic and film recording

1. During the workshops, the Organizer reserves the right to photograph and film the event, including the images of the participants and publish the recorded content on its website and in social media, with the exception of informing the Organizer in advance about the lack of consent to publication.
2. All photos, graphics, logos, publications and texts available in the Store are protected by the Act of February 4, 1994. on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws 1994, No. 24, item 83). Unlawful copying, reproduction or distribution of any content posted on the Store's website is prohibited.

Group workshops

1. Group workshops are intended for people over 12 years of age. In the case of individual workshops (on request), participation of younger people is possible, after prior arrangement with the Seller
2. The maximum number of workshop participants is specified in the event description available in the online store; in the case of individual workshops (on request), the group cannot exceed 12 people.
3. The minimum number of people who can take part in a group workshop is 4 people. If the minimum number of participants is not reached 24 hours before the Workshop, the Organizer has the right to cancel the workshop and offer the Buyer another date or a refund of 100% of the amount paid.

Payment

1. The seller informs that he is subject to VAT exemption. The prices given in the Online Store are gross prices.
2. The Seller issues VAT invoices. When completing the order, the Buyer should select and specify in the comments the need to receive confirmation of purchase (invoice).

3. Payment methods for the order are described when placing the order.

4. The following payment methods are available
• Traditional transfer to the company's bank account
• cash payment / BLIK transfer to a telephone number
• Redirection to the bank via the store website

• Possibility to make payments using payment cards through the payment terminal available in the studio

Pick up of finished works

We provide everything to ensure the maximum aesthetic appearance of the works, but we do not guarantee participants the final appearance and condition of the works created during the workshops. The workshops are intended to familiarize workshop participants with ceramic crafts at a basic level.
Important information! The process of creating ceramics always involves the risk that the product may be damaged at any time: the clay may crack during drying, and the glaze may "fall off" during firing. In this case, we will suggest you choose a replacement from the Echoes store.
